MPadel helps you find courts and coaches, join events and keep your padel activity together in one account. Approved coaches, venue managers and organisers can also access their management tools from that same account.

Choose Forgot password on the login screen and enter the email used for your MPadel account. We will send a single-use reset link when that address belongs to an active account.
Read the full guideOnly enter a security code when an MPadel screen clearly asks for one as part of a sign-in or invitation flow. Never share a password or code with someone who contacts you unexpectedly.
Read the full guideYes. Every account includes the player experience, and approved coach, venue or organiser tools appear when they are connected to your account. You do not need separate login details.
Read the full guideMPadel does not yet provide a self-service list of active sessions. Change your password if you think another device has access, then contact support if you still have concerns.

Open Courts or Discover, then search by city, suburb or venue name. Open a venue to see its location, facilities, opening hours and available booking option.
Read the full guideMany venue pages link to the booking service selected by that venue. MPadel does not claim live court availability when the booking is handled on an external service.
Read the full guideOpen a venue page and look for its Prayer and food facilities. Labels may include a prayer room, prayer area or wudhu facilities; contact the venue when a facility is essential to your visit.
Read the full guideVenue pages can show venue-supplied Halaal food details, including on-site or nearby options. These labels do not by themselves confirm independent certification, so check with the venue when needed.
Read the full guideChoose List your venue and add the venue details, location, facilities, booking contact, hours and photos. You can review the listing before submitting or publishing it through the supported flow.
Read the full guideOpen the existing venue page and choose Claim this listing. Follow the secure ownership process rather than creating a duplicate venue.

Open Coaches and search by name, location, speciality or venue. Each published profile shows the coach's supplied details, packages and current availability label.
Read the full guideOpen the coach profile and use its main request or contact action. The profile explains whether the next step is managed through MPadel or directly by the coach.
Read the full guideOpen means the coach is accepting requests, Limited means fewer options may be available, and Waitlist means immediate bookings may not be available. These labels are not a live calendar or a guaranteed response time.
Read the full guideStart the coach onboarding flow, complete the required profile details and submit your profile for review. You can use the same MPadel account you already have as a player.
Read the full guideCoach profiles may include qualifications supplied by the coach. Unless a profile specifically shows a verification label, MPadel does not claim to have independently verified those credentials.

Open a published event, choose a competition that is accepting entries and follow the registration steps. You may need to sign in, add a partner or team members, and complete organiser approval or payment.
Read the full guideYes. Your MPadel account keeps the registration connected to you and lets you follow its status in My Events.
Read the full guideOpen the event and choose Schedule. The schedule appears only after the organiser publishes it, and may be filtered by date, court or competition when those options are available.
Read the full guideThe competition may stop accepting entries or offer a waitlist if the organiser has enabled one. A waitlist entry does not guarantee a confirmed place.
Read the full guideWhen a registration requires payment, use the payment action shown on that registration. Check the status after returning from the secure payment page before trying again.
Read the full guideCheck the event page, your registration and the event-specific rules. Refund eligibility depends on those rules and the payment status, so contact the organiser for a decision about your registration.

A refund depends on the event rules, the reason for cancellation and MPadel's general Refund Policy. Review the specific event terms before paying and contact the organiser when you need a decision.

Pulse is MPadel's event-management toolkit for approved organisations. It covers registrations, draws, scheduling, matchday scoring, results and event displays.

MPadel uses secure sign-in and single-use password-reset links. Use a unique password, check invitations before accepting them and contact support if something looks unfamiliar.

Check the email address, Caps Lock and your connection first. Use Forgot password if needed, and never send your password to support.
